In addition to real estate, I have a lovely family which includes my wife Zhanna and two kids Isabel and Austin. The name of my daughter Isabel (Izzy), inspired the double ZZ in my company name.

I also enjoy playing Golf and the occasional poker game with friends. If I were to take a vacation it's typically somewhere south on a white sandy beach.
